For the past decade Ally has been a devoted student of yoga and meditation.
Leading Flow & Gentle Flow classes at The Birch Room, Ally explores mindful movement with the practice of compassion interwoven throughout her sequences. Ally is deeply passionate about the opposing forces of yin and yang and loves exploring how they unite in order for one to move through life with sthira (steadiness) and sukha (ease) both on and off the mat.
"As well as embodying a sense of yoga, or union, in my life, I am a great believer in nature’s ability to heal and restore us. I am constantly mesmerised by the power of connection with self and others and believe these elements are at the core of feeling well in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies." - Ally
