Whether you are brand new to the mat or have practiced for years, we provide a welcoming space for you to flow, ground and connect. We cater for all levels and capabilities, offering modifications to ease or challenge your practice.

•Any mats & blocks used in class will be spray sanitised after use & a towel must be placed over bolsters. Our mats are closed cell and hygienic. Feel free to BYO mat to place over the top of ours if you wish. Please BYO a blanket for a cosy savasana if you wish for the time being.

•The studio is kept extremely clean at all times with extra hygiene precautions in place.

•We have hand sanitiser for use at entry and x2 hand washing stations with x1 use hand towels.

•There will be a maximum of 8 students per class for the next little while.



Warming, Strengthening & Energising

Connect motion and breath in this warming and flowing yoga practice. Expect a dynamic warm up, sun salutations and some longer held standing postures, each pose flowing/connecting to the next. Stretch deeply, build strength, challenge your balance, twist and backbend, then find your way to into a blissful savasana. 

Time is taken to ensure you are safely arriving in each posture with modifications offered and props used.

Style and pace of class will vary teacher to teacher, day to day.

  • Absolute Beginners may like to try a Gentle Flow class first.



Mellow, Fluid & Grounding

Gentle Flow is more mellow than our Flow class. Expect slow, fluid, flowing movement gradually leading to grounding postures being held and explored for longer periods of time to improve flexibility, increase circulation in the joints and regulate the flow of energy in the body.

A very balanced class nurturing both Yin & Yang energies in the body.

Soothe, Unwind & De-stress

A rest ritual.

Ground down and create space for yourself with a balance of Yin yoga + Meditation.

Yin is a yoga practice made up of floor based poses to unravel tension in the body and mind. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes to allow the fascia that surrounds the muscles a chance to soften. Stemming from Chinese Medicine, Yin yoga works to increase the flow of 'chi' throughout the meridian pathways and organs in the body. 

In addition to the physical practice, be guided through a grounding meditation along with yogic breathing techniques (pranayama). 

This class will bring you back to equilibrium.

Feel supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks, aiding your comfort and relaxation. 

*Wednesday evenings we have a beautiful Candlelit Yin + Meditation class for your mid week chill sesh.

  • Perfect as a complementary practice to the Flow, Gentle Flow and Pilates classes.

Core Strength & Full body workout

Mat Pilates is a fun, engaging and low impact whole body workout targeting the powerhouse of the body; abdominals, pelvis, low back, glutes and upper thighs - enabling strength, flexibility and flow. You will build core control, balance and mobility.

This class welcomes all levels including beginners to tone and tighten!
